I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Bridgett at the front desk was very patient and empathic as I dealt with some issues of an aging parent who was traveling with me. I needed some documents printed out, and she made every accommodation to get it done for me. There was always someone cleaning—whether it was the hallways, common areas, or other parts of the hotel. Brian worked tirelessly in the kitchen and breakfast area, and cleaned incessantly. I mentioned that the water in my room was not hot, and the maintenance supervisor Tarryl quickly came to the room to assess the issue, and upon realizing that it would take a while, moved me to another room to avoid further inconveniences. I truly appreciated how dedicated they were to ensuring my comfort. Although the indoor pool was closed and the hotel itself could benefit from a few updates, especially in terms of the facilities and décor, I found the overall experience quite comfortable, especially given the reasonable price. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with exceptional service and a clean environment, this hotel does a great job despite its modest star rating. I left feeling satisfied, primarily because of the hardworking staff who made sure my stay was a pleasant one. Would consider staying again for their level of care alone!"

Heat took a while to come on but it did eventually it's a old hotel so it's reasonable l enjoy my stay

Breakfast this morning was absolutely amazing I saw the chefs/cooks running around busy replenishing everything for everyone and making sure the stations were clean which I appreciate so much. Our room was clean upon arrival and the floor was very quiet even being next to an elevator. The overnight staff was very accommodating to things we asked for and they provided coffee throughout the night to those who wanted it. All in all had a great experience and it's a nice property. My favorite things about this stay was that our windows opened for a nice breeze and the breakfast that was delicious and a great kick start for me and my children. The indoor pool was closed but that honestly didnt make or break our stay here.

The hotel does require renovations; such as deep carpet cleaning, HVAC repair, and television maintenance to name a few. The pool was out of order and the cleaning crew only visited our room once with fresh towels only, no cleaning. However, the staff were kind, professional, and accommodating throughout the three days.

Everything was nice. The only complaint I have would be that the other people staying on our floor were very noisy. Slamming doors and being very loud. Other that that, the stay was very nice. The location was excellent. Everything was pretty much in walking distance.

Everyone that works here is extremely kind! We've had nothing but top notch service every time we talk to someone. Our room isn't perfect but the beds are clean, and thats what matters the most! As far as the pool, its closed and no plan on opening any time soon. Overall great experience. The way people treat you makes all the difference. Everyone is very transparent and kind!

Room was really clean and bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast ok enough. I was there to work overnights, My only complaint was how loud the housekeeping staff was each morning. One woman seemed to need to shout orders @ high volume in Spanish for long periods of time. Was impossible to sleep past 11:00 am. Great hotel for everything except sleeping during the daytime.
